Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Apparatus ("we", "us") handles information when you use Fabrix at https://fabrix1.com, the dashboard at https://dashboard.fabrix1.com, the gateway API, and related services (together, the "Service").

1. Who we are

Fabrix is an AI gateway operated by Apparatus. For privacy questions, contact legal@fabrix1.com or support@fabrix1.com.

2. Information we collect

  • Account data — email addresses and credentials for Platform Admin and Organisation Login accounts.
  • Billing data — Organisation details needed for prepaid Top-ups, invoices, and payment confirmation. Card and UPI details are processed by Razorpay; we do not store full payment instrument numbers.
  • Usage metadata — token counts, model identifiers, latency, status, and related request telemetry. Prompt and completion bodies are not stored in the current product version.
  • Technical logs — IP address, user agent, and similar data needed to operate, secure, and debug the Service.

3. How we use information

  • Authenticate users and protect accounts
  • Provide inference, billing, budgets, and usage reporting
  • Process Top-ups and generate invoices
  • Send transactional email (password reset, balance alerts)
  • Detect abuse, enforce rate limits, and improve reliability
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. Sharing

We share data with subprocessors only as needed to run the Service — for example payment processing (Razorpay), email delivery, hosting, and upstream AI providers that receive prompts solely to return completions. We do not sell personal information.

5. Retention

Account, billing, and usage records are retained while an Organisation is active and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. You may request deletion subject to those obligations.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures including hashed API keys, encrypted transport (TLS), and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

7. Your choices

Organisation Logins can manage Projects, API Keys, and billing settings in the dashboard. Contact us to update account email details or request access/deletion where applicable.

8. International transfers

The Service may process data in India and other locations where our infrastructure or providers operate. By using the Service you understand that processing may occur outside your home jurisdiction.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised policy.
